📦 What Can Be Returned

  • Clothing & Footwear: Returnable within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Jewellery: Earrings and intimate jewellery (e.g. nose pins, body chains) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Other pieces may be returned if unworn and in original packaging.
  • Clearance Items: Final sale — not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
  • Bridal & Custom Orders: Non-returnable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

⏳ Timeframes & Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

❌ No Refunds Policy

We kindly ask that you choose carefully when placing your order. As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.

💳 Store Credit Only

  • If your item is eligible for return (i.e. not a clearance, custom, or intimate item), and there is damage, fault or defect, we will issue store credit only — no monetary refunds will be provided.
  • Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used across any category on our website.

🔄 No Change of Mind Returns

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, including:
    • Ordering the wrong size or style
    • Deciding the item is no longer needed
    • Disliking the colour or fit after delivery

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos and 360 angle complete video. We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit as quickly as possible.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
